Features of the interrogation of the suspect in the investigation of the illegal capture of a car made with overcoming protection systems

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the consideration of some aspects of detection and investigation of the illegal capture of a car made to overcome the protection systems. Organizational and tactical provision of questioning of the suspect is disclosed. Organizational and preparatory measures for interrogation are determined. The tactical methods of interrogation are outlined. The tactical mistakes that the investigators assume during questioning of the suspect are determined. The attention is paid to the role and place of questioning of the suspect in disclosing the investigated criminal offense. Focus on interrogating the leader of the criminal group. Determined participants in conducting an investigative (search) action.
