FEATURES OF THE LEGAL SETTLEMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT IN THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Abstract
The article deals with most important sources of criminal legislation of Republic of Lithuania and Republic of Poland, which regulated criminal offenses. Analyzed criteria of differentiation of criminal acts of certain criminal laws data fear. Paying attention to punishment as one of types of differentiation criteria. The conclusion about necessity and feasibility of improvement of domestic criminal law, taking into account European experience.
