FEATURES OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF ONE OF THE MAIN BODIES OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

Abstract
The article investigates organizational structure of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe as one of the main bodies of this international organization. It is established that the Committee of Ministers carries out its activities on two levels and thus combines the features of representative and executive bodies.
