Features of the legislation of Azerbaijan Republic about protection of the monuments of history and a culture

Abstract
In article problems of definition of structure of historical and cultural heritage of the Azerbaijan Republic are considered. The author on the basis of research of scientific and standard sources states features of the legislation on protection of historical and cultural heritage, gives classification of monuments, formulates a conclusion about need of studying of legal aspects of protection of monuments of culture for education institutions.
