Features of the search on the criminal procedural law of Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with some procedural features of the conduct of the search, as well as the significance of this investigative (search) action during the pre-trial investigation, the essence of the professional training of the National Police staff of Ukraine for legitimate actions during the search. The emphasis was placed on the latest changes made to the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the CPC of Ukraine) precisely in the procedure for conducting a search. The search, as an investigative (search) action, is perhaps the most important place in the investigation of criminal offenses. After all, the information received by law-enforcers during its conduct, first of all, is very valuable and allows as soon as possible to carry out all further investigative (search) actions for the disclosure criminal law offenses. The study as of criminal procedural law governing the rules and procedures of the search, their interpretation in the comments scientific papers and materials forensic practice revealed some significant gaps in the regulation of the legislator specified investigative (detective) actions. This, of course, testifies to the need for further improvement of the criminal-procedural legislation, which regulates the essence of the search, eliminating gaps in the practice of law enforcement on its issues.
