Features of tourism product structure as a set of business obligations

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of economic activity in the tourism sector. Paid special attention to the tourism product structure as a basic element touroperating. Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience of create laws, in view of modern European integration processes, identified deficiencies in the sphere of legal regulation of tourist activity in Ukraine identified the causes that led to them, as well as designated solutions of problematic issues in the investigated industry.
