Features of yield formation in corn hybrids depending on fertilization, plant density and weather conditions
Journal Title: «Таврійський науковий вісник» - Year 2018, Vol 101, Issue
Abstract
pending on fertilization, plant density and weather conditions The study has determined the reaction of eight corn hybrids to higher plant density and mineral fertilizer rates under changing weather conditions. The coefficients of the significance of precipitation deviations and average daily temperatures, which characterize the conditions for the development of corn plants, are calculated. The yield changed from 5.08 to 13.4 t/ha in 2015–2017. The provision of moisture is the main limiting factor of yield under the conditions of the Right Bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine
