FEATURES PRODUCTION AND TRADE CHAIN OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Introduction. The formation of market economy in Ukraine advances huge number of problems, practical solution which is very difficult because of the lack of appropriate theoretical developments. One of these problems, the most urgent at the present stage, is the problem of the formation of industrial and commercial enterprises of the industrial chain, which today is formed without systematical and almost without marketing and logistic approaches. Purpose. Development and theoretical foundation of methodical approaches and practical recommendations on forming production and trade chains of industrial enterprises contribute to ensuring the effective functioning of the enterprise in modern conditions. Methods. The study was based on logical and dialectical method of cognition. Methodical research tools consisted of economic and statistical methods (comparison, group, index, graphics, sample observation) and economic-mathematical methods (modeling). Results. Investigated and analyzed the statistics of production enterprises, wholesale and retail. It was established that the formation of a new model of production and trade chain is key, the fundamental issue is not only economic development, but, above all, the preservation of sustainable and effective business relationships. That market component of economic organization, the principles of sustainable development and good governance, promote global trade and investment, the maintenance of protectionist measures are examined as key categories, the basic conditions for the revival of economic growth enterprises. Discussion. In modern terms could improve the situation on the basis of innovative economic growth, the implementation of which instrument should be a balanced public policy, which would include a comprehensive reconstruction and development are mutually related areas: research, industry, trade, education, law, legal and financial institutions etc.
