Fertilité et cancer du sein: Ou en est-on ?

Abstract

Avec de plus en plus de femmes en âge de procréer, et Grâce aux progrès diagnostiques et thérapeutiques, le pronostic des patientes atteintes d'un cancer du sein est en constante amélioration donc la question de la fertilité et de sa conservation est devenue fondamentale et partie intégrante du traitement de ces patientes. Le but de cette revue est de montrer l’impact des différentes thérapeutiques sur la fertilité et exposer les différents moyens à disposition pour conserver la fertilité.
