FIBROADENOME MAMMAIRE GEANT JUVENILE : A PROPOS DUN CAS.

Abstract
Le fibroadenome geant juvenile est une mastopathie benigne rare. Il represente 4% de tous les fibroadenomes mammaires. Lhyperoestrogenie relative en rapport avec une puberte precoce en est le facteur etiopathogenique essentiel. Son principal diagnostic differentiel est la tumeur phyllode. Son aspect peut ?tre parfois inquietant avec une peau en regard inflammatoire et une dilatation du reseau veineux, du fait m?me de sa grande taille et de sa croissance rapide. La fibroadenomectomie associee a une reconstruction mammaire immediate corrige lasymetrie et donne un confort de vie a ladolescente porteuse. Nous rapportons un cas dadenofibrome geant au sein de lh?pital militaire medico chirurgical de campagne a WAWIZERT dont le but est deffectuer une mise au point de cette tumeur benigne en precisant ses caracteristiques cliniques, radiologiques et histologiques ainsi que les principes therapeutiques entrepris vis-a-vis de cette pathologie.
