Fight Against Corruption: Selected Country Examples

Abstract
Corruption, on which is debated and searched for solutions to struggle with in global terms, is one of the most basic issues. It would be wrong to estimate corruption by stereotyping. A clear definition of the corruption which is sensed as a critical issue at the national and international level. The most fundamental hypothesis in economy is that a rational person tries to maximize his/her own benefit.Those people who thinks of their own benefit constitute the society. In as much as, corruption is confronted and it cost to society. As being in every field, it brings the destructive effects in economy. The conflict of interest, which is getting more and more cruelly and getting out of control, has recently reached unforeseen dimensions by the wave of globalisation.Within this scope, the aim of this article is to analyze the corruption in detail. In this sense, corruptionn is defined and also detailed information about the characteristic of corruption being as corruption is mentioned. Due to the fact that corruption can be gauged, the metric systems are scrutinized and according to the indexes of international research companies, the sorting of the countries which are mentioned in the article can be compared. It is evalvated by analyzing the precautions about corruption that whether the sample countries have been succesfull or not. As the research result, corruption ought to be struggled with because it is a serious issue which is discarsed and it can expend from state sector to private sector when it is not controlled. If absolute success is wished, laws ought to be legislated to struggle which corruption and everyone ought to obey them. It is determined that sruggling with corruption will be not enough in only one field, and under the leadership of the goverment in each sector, studies which are to dispose the problem have to be done via associating with society.
