FIGHTING CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE: INFORMATION SUPPORT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the use of information resources in the anti-corruption system. The characteristics and peculiarities of using separate open databases for carrying out anti-corruption investigations have been carried out. The foreign experience of using software to identify corrupt offenses is described. The proposition of using the presumption of guilt for corruption offenses in the sphere of economy is proposed.
