FINANCIAL COMPONENT OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The theoretical basis of the international method of human development components structuring is researched in the article. The national detailed methodology for human development structuring at the regional level is analyzed. The suggestions for its application at the state level are made. This creates the possible to determine the impact of the financial component on the state of other main components of human development in Ukraine.
