FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE'S REGIONS: CHALLENGES AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTION

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of financial support for the social development of regions. The present state of financing of the social sphere of the regional level is analyzed. The main problems of the financial mechanism of рublic аdministration of the social development of regions are educed. The key directions of formation of the financial space of territories for providing of own social development are determined. The key ways of optimization of financial instruments of рublic аdministration of the social development of Ukraine’s regions are proposed and grounded.
