FINANCING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECTORS OF SOCIAL RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract
The article analyzes the main sources of funding for the social infrastructure sectors that can be distinguished today by analyzing the peculiarities of the functioning and development of the economy. Sources of financing social development of the village are allocating state and local budgets, extra budgetary and special funds, own accumulation of enterprises, organizations and citizens, credit resources, funds from privatization of property, charitable foundations, etc. An important lever of economic influence of economic entities and the state on the development of socio-economic processes in the agricultural sector is investment activity. The main objective of the social infrastructure reform at the local level is to maintain and ensure the effective functioning and further development of the service sector in order to meet the socio-cultural, housing and communal needs of the population.
