ФІНАНСОВА ПІДТРИМКА ПРОЕКТІВ У СФЕРІ ЕНЕРГОЗБЕРЕЖЕННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
Стаття присвячена виявленню сучасних тенденцій у наданні фінансової підтримки вітчизняним проектам, пов’язаним з енергозбереженням. Авторами проаналізовано нормативну базу, що регулює політику у сфері енергетичної безпеки та ефективності в Україні. Досліджено основні джерела фінансування інвестицій в енергозберігаючі технології. З’ясовано, що кошти державного та місцевих бюджетів, державних спеціалізованих фондів практично не задіяні у цьому процесі. Виявлено, що найбільш активно в Україні для фінансування енергозберігаючих проектів використовуються інструменти банківського кредитування, а також грантові та кредитні програми міжнародних організацій та фінансово-кредитних установ.
