Finansowanie infrastruktury transportowej w Polsce z wykorzystaniem europejskich funduszy inwestycyjnych i strukturalnych

Abstract
The article aims to describe the use of European Investment and Structural Funds (EISF) by the Polish government and local administration to finance investment projects in the field of transport. The actual effects of financing through Structural Funds (both at national and regional level) as well as funds managed centrally at the European Commission level have been shown. In addition, the available data was supplemented by information concerning the use of financing through the Connecting Europe Facility scheme. Analysed data concerns the years 2014-2016, allowing to estimate the effectiveness infrastructure support schemes in Poland using EISF.
