Finding a Basic Feasible Solution for Neutrosophic Linear Programming Models: Case Studies, Analysis, and Improvements
Journal Title: Neutrosophic Systems with Applications - Year 2024, Vol 14, Issue 1
Abstract
Since the inception of operations research, linear programming has received the attention of researchers in this field due to the many areas of its use. The focus was on the methods used to find the optimal solution for linear models. The direct simplex method, with its three basic stages, begins by writing the linear model in standard form and then finding a basic solution that is improved according to the simplex steps until We get the optimal solution, but we encounter many linear models that do not give us a basic solution after we put it in a standard form, and here we need to solve a rule through which we reach the optimal solution. For these models, researchers and scholars in the field of operations research introduced the simplex method with an artificial basis, which helped to Find the optimal solution for linear models, given the importance of this method and as a complement to the previous research we presented using the concepts of neutrosophic science. In this research, we will reformulate the simplex algorithm with an artificial basis using concepts of neutrosophic science.

Neutrosophic Bicubic B-spline Surface Interpolation Model for Uncertainty Data
Dealing with the uncertainty data problem using neutrosophic data is difficult since certain data are wasted due to noise. To address this issue, this work proposes a neutrosophic set (NS) strategy for interpolating the...
MAGDM Model Using Single-Valued Neutrosophic Credibility Matrix Energy and Its Decision-Making Application
This paper aims to develop a MAGDM model using single-valued neutrosophic credibility matrix (SVNCM) energy in a SVNCM scenario. To do it, first, SVNCM energy and its score function are presented as a conceptual extensio...
Generalized Double Statistical Convergence Sequences on Ideals in Neutrosophic Normed Spaces
In this present research, having view in the Neutrosophic norm (u, v, w), which we presented I2-lacunary statistical convergence and I2-lacunary convergence strongly, looked into interactions between them, and made a few...
An Intelligent Decision Support Model for Optimal Selection of Machine Tool under Uncertainty: Recent Trends
Many scholars have been interested in the subject of machine tool selection as a result of the growing number of different machines and the continuous advancement of technology associated with these machines. The selecti...
An Integrated Neutrosophic Regional Management Ranking Method for Agricultural Water Management
The development of global warming adaptation principles is a crucial issue to resilience to climate change. Due to the consequences of global warming on land and water management. The persistence to determine the adaptat...
