Abstract

Prvata Balkanska konferencija se odr`a od 26 do 30 oktomvri 2000 godina vo Varna, Bugarija vo organizacija na Bugarskata asocijacija za osposobuvawe na deca so o{teten vid. Na Konferencijata u~estvuvaa okolu 50 u~esnici od slednite Balkanski zemji: Albanija, Bugarija, Grcija, Hrvatska, Makedonija, Romanija, Turcija i Jugoslavija. Od Republika Makedonija u~estvuvaa 4 u~esnici (prof. d-r Qup~o Ajdinski, Simeon Sozovski, Elizabet Soltirova i Anita ^ekanovska). Konferencijata rabote{e vo plenarni sednici i vo grupi. Prvite dva dena Konferencijata rabote{e plenarno.
