First record of Polychisme ferruginosus (Stål, 1864) (Heteroptera: Lygaeidae) from Ecuador

Abstract
First records of the lygeid Polychisme ferruginosus from Ecuador are given. The locality of Pablo Arenas in Imbabura Province becomes the southernmost record for this species.
