Abstract

In the article are investigated the features of flexibility and adaptability mechanisms of quality management systems of enterprises business processes. Оn the quality management experience base at machine-building enterprises are proposed the directions divisions of quality management. It is revealed the link between the business process reengineering concept and the flexibility and adaptability mechanisms. It is analyzed the importance of Total quality management concept for mechanisms of quality management system flexibility and adaptability. It has been carried out the estimation of links of mechanisms and elements of quality management general scheme of business processes. It is assessed the dynamics of quality management systems certification according to international standards. It is determined the statistical connection these processes with the number and profitability of enterprises by industrial sectors. It is summarized the importance of the change management and their dynamics for quality management at the enterprise. Existing methods and mechanisms for ensuring the quality management system flexibility and adaptability passing the control stages do not allow to properly and fully assess the quality indicators in the life cycle of products. Export orientation is an important element of adaptation to the mechanical engineering world market, to the requirements of product quality. An important role in this is given to business processes of the enterprise. In the field of international standards of quality management, this approach is called process. As for quality, different requirements, approaches and principles for managing business processes are put forward. The maintenance of the quality management flexibility and adaptability is largely due to the peculiarities of introducing quality management standards in different countries and regions. The saturation of industrial engineering products and services world markets has contributed to the fact that consumers of these products have a large choice. Flexibility and adaptability of the quality management system depend, in particular, on the time of the feedback and communication reproduction, the cycle of implementation of the quality circle, its closure, etc. the flexibility of the quality improvement system requires a clear idea of the means of implementing managerial influence on quality, of quality assurance techniques. Factors of quality improvement are specific managerial influence and decisions that change the required characteristics of raw materials, properties of materials, requirements to the design of individual elements or the product as a whole. Flexibility and adaptability of the quality management system imply the existence of certain conditions that ensure the improvement of product quality and the effect of factors of product quality improvement.
