Fluorimetric Study of Eugenol with Cyclodextrins
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering and Science Invention - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue 3
Abstract
Eugenol (4-Allyl-2-Methoxy Phenol) is a naturally occurringcompound that has been used extensivelyas aflavoring agent and fragrance. Human exposure to eugenol also occurs throughits use as an analgesic and from clove cigarettes. Steady State Time –Resolved Fluorescence UV / Absorption and FTIR spectroscopic techniques were used to study the complexation ofEugenol With β-CyclodextrinandHβ – Cyclodextrin. The Stiochiometry, binding constants and thermodynamic parameter upon complexation were obtained from the variation of fluorescence intensity and average lifetime withβcds.

Ab initio method with general model space: A challenge For Electronic Structure Theory
The main difficulty in any CAS-based MR method calculations arises from the use of CAS in constructing many-electron wave functions as the exponential increase of the size of the model space when one increases the number...
Effect of Process Parameters on Angular Error in Wire-EDM Taper Cutting of AISI D2 Tool Steel
WEDM Taper-cutting is a very unique machining process which can generate curved surfaces on work pieces and it is especially important in the manufacturing of tools that require draft angles. One of the most important ap...
Comparative Analysis of Codal Provisions of IS: 1893- 1984 And IS: 1893 – 2014 (Part – 2)
The present study concentrate on profound review of clauses related to liquid retaining structures as per fifth and fourth revisions of IS: 1893. Liquid retaining structures are useful to store water and other liquids li...
Narrowband Passband Microstrip Filter Using Octagonal Ring Resonator with DGS Technique
In this paper, a narrowband passband filter is proposed with 9.2 GHz resonance frequency and 4 % bandwidth. In the proposed design, one single octagonal ring resonator and two defected ground structures (DGS) for perturb...
Solving Exponential Equations: Learning from the Students We Teach
