Flutter of the elastic rectangular plate in supersonic gas flow at the presence of inertial moments at the edges
Journal Title: Հայաստանի գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի տեղեկագիր․ Մեխանիկա - Year 2016, Vol 69, Issue 3
Abstract
The problem of stability of an elastic rectangular plate in a supersonic gas flow is investigated. All edges of the plate are hinged and there are concentrated moments on two edges of the plate. The critical velocity of the gas flow is defined which leads to flutter instability.

THE FREQUANCY DEPENDANCE OF THE FATIGUE FRACTURE CRITERION
Some recent fatigue tests [1, 2] indicate that the fatigue curves have two fatigue limits. Experiments [3] also indicate the strong frequency dependence of the fatigue fracture process. These two effects are the main top...
