FORECAST OF DEVELOPMENT OF DEPRESSION CONE AND WATER INFLOWS TO BROWN COAL MINE KONIN INCLUDING DESIGNED OPEN PITS TOMISŁAWICE AND OŚCISŁOWO

Abstract
Hydrogeological model developed for KWB Konin covers approximately 2000 km2. This is the unsteady three-dimensional model of 5-layer, built using Visual Modflow. Model calibration was based on measurements of piezometric water table and volume of recorded in flows on state of XII 2007 and III 2009. On this basis were defining prognostic calculations: the development of depression cone, fill with water the reservoirs after excavation and changes in the size of in flows to the end of 2037. Into account was taken newly designed open pits: O/Tomisławice and O/Ościsłowo.
