FORECASTING COMPETITIVE DEVELOPMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATION ENTERPRISES: METHODOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT

Abstract
In the article the methodological aspects of forecasting are considered, the scientific approach to the forecasting of competitive development of telecommunication enterprises is considered, taking into account the hierarchical levels of external and internal environment factors on the basis of the extrapolation method, using the curves of the dynamics of competitive growth, which is based on the construction of the matrix of the forecast scenarios for the competitive development of the cluster group and each telecommunication enterprise. The proposed scientific approach to the forecasting of competitive development of telecommunication enterprises helps to identify tendencies of indicators changes and an integrated indicator of the level of competitive development, which in turn allows us to substantiate the guidelines for increasing competitiveness in the strategic perspective, to develop a set of adequate management measures and to identify the most acceptable scenario of competitive development of the enterprise, taking into account its potential opportunities.
