Foreign Direct Investment and Current Account Deficit with Relations and Policy Recommendations for the Current Account Deficit

Abstract
An economy in crisis and periods of expansion to close the current account deficit changes the intensity of the need and the need to foreign capital. The aim of this study determines the relations of direction current account deficit and foreign capital. The study examined two periods. The first period covering the years 1992-2001 when are national crisis that the crisis. The second period covering the years, 2002-2015 when is expanded economy of the country's economy out of the crisis and the economic expansion period. Variables are monthly data. In the study use ADF and PP unit root tests and Granger causality test. As a result, the current account deficit, which is the reason for two different periods of foreign capital and foreign capital has been found to affect. As a result of for two different periods the reason for the current account deficit and foreign capital and has been found to affect foreign investment. In this regard provided that policy recommendations.
