Abstract

Problem setting. An analysis of the state and trends of the foreign economic sector development of the national economy intellectual services is relevant in determining the conditions, obstacles and factors of Ukraine’s integration into the system of international scientific and technical, innovative, educational and cultural cooperation. Recent research and publications analysis. The foreign economic sector of intellectual services needs a comprehensive analysis, starting with the definition of categoriсal research tools and completing the justification of the conditions, factors and directions for its further structural transformations and development. Paper objective. The purpose of the article is justification approaches to structurization of the foreign economic sector of national economy intellectual services and the analysis its structure and dynamics on this basis in Ukraine. Paper main body. The development of international economic relations causes the growth of foreign economic exchange of intellectual services. The latter in their turn are special channels for the transfer of special knowledge, factors of formation, accumulation and effective realization of human capital of the individual, intellectual capital of firms, human and intellectual potential of the national economy. Conclusions of the research. The study of the structure of the foreign economic sector of intellectual services activity on the basis of a combination of the economic and theoretical, statistical and normative approaches to the classification of intellectual services allowed to distinguish such types as services at education; services of medical institutions and other services in the healthcare; research and development services; business services, namely: legal services, accounting, auditing and tax consulting services, business consulting services, advisory services; scientific and other technical services, certification activity. Short Abstract for an article Abstract. The structure of the foreign economic sector of intellectual services national economy based on the economic and theoretical, statistical and normative approaches is substantiated. The state and dynamics of foreign economic intellectual services on research and development, professional and consulting services are analyzed.
