FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF PUBLIC REGULATION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
In the article the foreign experience of state regulation of innovative activity of institutions of higher education are considered. The methods of realization of the state innovation policy in the countries with the developed economy are considered. It is noted that in the world practice, the interaction of higher education and business is mainly realized through joint research, as well as the development and evaluation of courses and programs. The general features of the state strategy of industrialized countries in the innovation sphere are highlighted. On the basis of analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific sources, directions of improvement of the mechanism of state regulation of innovation activity of domestic institutions of higher education have been developed.
