FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF STATE REGULATION OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT

Abstract
The article presents main research results of trends in state regulation of foreign direct investment in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). According to the analysis results, most countries of Central and Eastern Europe are supposed to create incentives to attract foreign investment. It is also determined that the countries of Central and Eastern Europe use the practice of restricting access of foreign investors to strategic sectors.
