FOREIGN PRACTICES FOR ORGANISING PUBLIC SERVICE AND FORMS OF THEIR USE IN UKRAINE IN 90S OF XX CENTURY

Abstract

The article covers the main trends of the public service, as well as forms and means of using the 90-ies. For example, one of the leading countries in Europe – France and Germany presented an analysis of professional civil servants and transfer of European models of governance on the national soil.
