Forensic Odontology: The Investigative Branch of Dentistry - A Review

Abstract

The past 100 years has seen the transformation of a previously small and irrevelant area of the human body into a vast science of investigation and research called as forensic odontology. This article is a review of the history, mass disaster identification, assault victim identification and the various processes involved in Forensic Odontology.
