Forest typological classification system and ways of its improvement

Abstract
The paper characterizes principles of forest typological classification system, which make it the nature types classification. The number of statements requiring modification is named. The necessity of forestry management according to the zonal-typological principle is grounded. The experience of the economic grouping of the forest types is suggested. The mechanisms of interrelations between the wild-life and inorganic nature revealed by forest typology are considered.
