FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF AN ENTERPRISE UNDER CURRENT CONDITIONS OF WORK AT THE MARKET 

Abstract

The technique of assurance and development of competitive advantages with regard to the specific nature of activity and factors of enterprises have been considered. One of the strategic objectives of development assurance of the economy of Ukraine in the modern period is a competitive growth of enterprises. The important factor of solving of this objective is formation of efficient management system at enterprises, which would ensure them the stable competitive advantages at a market. The objective of this article is a determination of factors, which allowed ensuring the high effectiveness of the formation and methodological assurance of the management of competitive advantages of the enterprise. The scope of the research is a management of competitive advantages of the enterprise. The research was carried out by means of analysis of fundamentals of the economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists-economists, which concern problems of the formation and development of competitive advantages of the enterprise. An accustomed model of the formation of competitive advantages and their allocation according to an enterprise position on a competitor chart of a market, which will allow trading enterprises to determine factors of competitive advantages more precisely, which are necessary to be developed at the present stage of the life cycle of the enterprise has been developed. The factors of competitive advantages are determined on the basis of the accustomed model by M. Porter and a coefficient calculation by Kendall. The factors with the biggest consistency are connected with the position of the enterprise, which is determined through the construction of the competitor chart of the market. The outcome is offers on the formation and development of competitive advantages of the modern enterprise according to its position on the competitor chart of the market. The academic novelty of the obtained income lies in the development of theoretical aspects and working out of practical recommendations on the formation of the strategy of achievement of competitive advantages of trading enterprises.
