Formation and development of corporate culture of self-learning organization: performance evaluation

Abstract
The article research the issue of assessing the effectiveness of a self-learning organization. In the process of researching the effectiveness of the self-learning organization, empirical, sociological methods and qualitative approaches were used. The performance indicators of the self-learning organization were considered. The author considers the model of key factors of the company's competitiveness. Thus, the social and economic efficiency of the corporate culture of the self-learning organization was confirmed.
