Fоrmation and development of development and methodological suppot for monitoring regional human development (in the context of national objectives of millennium development GOALS)

Abstract
The article is devoted to disclosure nature and content of the components of information and methodological support for achieving of coherence of system of indicators in order to evaluate the Index of regional human development (IRLR) and the matrix of tasks and indicators for achieving of national goals and objectives of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).It will ensure balanced program measures of changes in indicators of human development with the main directions of the strategic objectives of government social policy.
