FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING PECULIARITIES OF SOCIAL AND ECOLOGICAL SERVICES REGIONAL MARKETS

Abstract
The problem of determining the prospects and directions of the regional socio-ecological services markets formation and functioning in the territories of natural zones of Ukraine is worked out in the paper. The potential of forests to fill the market by a commodity is determined on the analysis of a forestless level and a natural zones forest structure. The volume and structure of demand was assessed by the level of environmental tension and by the package of social order of territories. The peculiarities of the functioning of the markets of social and ecological services are determined. It is determined that the regional market of social and ecological services of the steppe zone of Ukraine has limited potential and can only partly satisfy already formed demand. The biggest problem for the steppe territories of Ukraine is the air pollution with industrial smoke.
