FORMATION AND TRAINING STAFF OF THE NATIONAL POLICE TO UKRAINE

Abstract
This article is devoted to the peculiarities of professional selection and training of future police officers to the National Police of Ukraine. In particular, the author highlights the problem of identifying and training people that are most appropriate for the formation of a highly professional staff, services and divisions in the organs of the National Police that can efficiently and at a high level to solve operational and service tasks. Occupational selection and training to join the National Police of Ukraine is a separate stage of the Personnel Policy Affairs of Ukraine and consists of many elements. This comprehensive study of the individual employee future to predict proficiency by analyzing existing business, physical and mental qualities. The subject of the article is the problem of identifying people most meet the requirements for the formation of a highly professional staff, departments and units of the National Police of Ukraine, capable of efficiently and at a high level to solve operational and service tasks. The article is a professional approach to the selection of future police officers with a view to forming a highly professional, stable and optimally balanced housing police personnel that would fully meet modern requirements and effectively solve the problem that now puts Ukraine National Police leadership to subordinate agencies and departments.
