Formation of a strategic management system for the competitiveness of ukrainian enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of forming a strategic management system for Ukrainian enterprises, considers issues of evaluation and strategies to strengthen the competitive position of enterprises, the role of competition and competitiveness in the changing market environment, analyzes competitive advantages and the factors that ensure them, studies the mechanism of competition and the conditions for achieving competitiveness from the position of a system approach, determined by the components of the strategic management of competitiveness The purpose of the work is to improve the system of strategic management of the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises. The main information base for the writing of work were scientific works, materials of periodicals and Internet resources. In carrying out the research, methods of structural-logical and system analysis are used. Competition is fundamental to the functioning of a market economy, since it is the main regulator of it. Any economic process reflects the competitive relationships of enterprises that compete among themselves through the production of goods and services. Subjects' behavior is rigidly determined by competitive influence: the subject takes only the niche that can be conquered in the fight against the rival, strengthening its competitive position. One of the evaluation criteria of the competitive position of the enterprise is its competitiveness, the concept of which since the end of the last century was included in the category of the most important categories of economic science. It has been established that competition is a subtle and flexible mechanism that ensures the efficiency, proportionality and dynamism of a market economy. In modern theory, several approaches to its definition are used: competition as a competition in the market; competition as an element of a market mechanism that provides a balance of supply and demand; competition as a criterion that determines the type of sectoral market. It was determined that strategic management of enterprise competitiveness is a purposeful process of formation of a significant part of the market of consumer goods and consumer market, which provides the optimum level of competitiveness of the enterprise in order to achieve the effective functioning of entities and objects of the market in a competitive environment.
