FORMATION OF COMMUNICATION STRATEGY IN THE CONDITIONS OF ENTERPRISES’ CLUSTER INTERACTION

Abstract
Purpose. The research goal is the development of theoretical, methodological guidelines and practical recommendations for development and implementation of communication strategies in the process of IT companies' cluster interaction. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the research is the system of economic laws and categories of market economy, fundamental theories of information, information systems and communication technologies, information support business models, management process of intra-organizational and inter-organizational (including virtual) communication that involves the formation of a mission, agreed goals, and objectives of the cluster key members’ interaction are proved. Strategic analysis of business interaction in the communication strategy formation processes allowed allocating communication platforms for the cluster members, which will improve the communication capacity of the cluster, and to identify ways of their implementation through virtual interaction platforms on the web portal of the cluster is done. The communication platforms through which will improve the cluster communication capacity are highlighted. The ways of practical implementation of the communication potential of the cluster through the interaction of virtual platforms on the web portal of the cluster are defined. Originality. For the first time is structured a communication strategy forming process for enterprises - the IT cluster members. Practical value. The proposed model of communication strategy of L’viv IT Cluster can be use in the practical implementation for the strategic development of other cluster structures.
