Formation of financial resources of enterprises through corporate bonds instruments: assessment and prospects

Abstract
In the article features of formation of financial resources of the enterprises are considered. Corporate bonds and their role as tools for attracting resources are analyzed, problems and prospects of the debt securities market of enterprises are shown. The analytical basis for the assessment of activity on the corporate bond market covers the period of 2012-2016. The peculiarities of the development of the corporate bonds market in Ukraine are determined. The necessity of stimulating the growth of volumes of the corporate bonds market, and, above all, in the real sector of the economy, is substantiated.
