Formation of international legal responsibility for violations in the field of natural resource relations.

Abstract
The article analyzes the history of the emergence of international legal responsibility for violations in the field of nature-resource relations on the basis of legal doctrine and international legal acts. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the order of bringing to international legal responsibility and sanctions which can be imposed on the offending state.
