Formation of Сognitive Interests to Nature in Preschool and Junior Schoolchildren on the Basis of Philosophical Ideas of Literary Works by V. O. Sukhomlinsky.

Abstract

The article covers the theoretical foundations of cognitive interests formation to nature in children of preschool and junior school age, philosophical ideas of literary works of V. O. Sukhomlynsky are singled out, problems of formation of cognitive interests to nature in children are considered. The influence of philosophical ideas of V. O. Sukhomlynsky's literary works on the formation of cognitive interests in nature in children of preschool and junior school age is revealed. Attention is drawn to the need to deliberately include the power of the beauty of the environment surrounding nature in the process of raising the mind and feelings. Ability to read and understand the language of nature, as well as the ability to read, educate the child in the beautiful world of harmony and thinking. The role of philosophy of childhood in teaching and upbringing of children of preschool and younger age is determined. Influence of the philosophical and pedagogical, literary heritage of the teacher V. O. Sukhomlinsky's practice, his thoughts on the person, the child as the highest value on the formation of professional skills of future teachers. The necessity of formation of cognitive interests of children of preschool and junior school age to nature is grounded on the basis of philosophical ideas of literary works of V. O. Sukhomlynsky. The author explain such notions as development of the ability to observe the phenomenon of the surrounding world, enrichment of life and sensory experience, the accumulation of specific natural material as the basis of the development of abstract thinking; awareness of certain objects and phenomenon of nature, their interactions and interconnections; the development of the ability to determine the common and distinctive properties of processes occurring in nature; development of the ability to draw conclusions independently; development of thinking and speech of children; expansion of cognitive interests; induction of creativity by means of word, fine arts, music, work; the development of imagination, the development of memory.
