FORMATION OF THE ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL RESERVE ON THE BASIS OF THE TAXONOMY METHOD

Abstract

The article deals with the topical issues of enterprise personnel reserve formation in the conditions of dynamic development.The main focus is considered on the methodological aspects of this issue solving. The algorithm of candidates' selection to personnel reserve based on the taxonomic analysis method is developed. It is substantiated the system of criteria for employee evaluation on the possibility of their enrollment to the enterprise personnel reserve. The coefficients of weighting of the separated criteria on the basis of T. Saati's method of analysis of hierarchy are determined. Among the eleven selected criteria only four are evaluated expertly on the mark scale. The rest of the criteria have quantitative assessment of the real results of candidates' previous activity. This significantly reduces the degree of subjectivity when making a decision on the final selection. The emphasis is on the methodological instruments of taxonomic analysis adaptation to the solution of the question of candidates to personnel reserve ranking. Taxonomy economic interpretation testifies that the closer the integral value to one the employee's candidacy is the most optimal. Based on the taxonomic value the degree of objects development is proposed in relation to the investigated phenomenon. Proposed methodological approach can be used by enterprises managers for development and justification of personnel managerial decisions to optimize selection of candidates to personnel reserve.
