FORMATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL IMAGE OF UKRAINE AS A EUROPEAN STATE IN THE CONTEXT OF OBTAINING A VISA-FREE REGIME WITH THE EU

Abstract
The article explored the significance of the image of the state for its perception in the international arena, considered the scientific development of the theme of the image of the state and image-making, explored the topic of Ukraine's presence in the international information space, considered the main directions of forming the image of Ukraine on the European arena since the 90s of the twentieth century and before obtaining a visa-free regime with the European Union, conducted a comprehensive analyze of Ukraine's image campaigns in the context of European integration processes, considered case studies and PR-activities of Ukraine in the process of European integration, was analyzed the participation of state institutions in shaping the image of Ukraine on the international arena. Recommendations for further activities on image-majeing of Ukraine are developed, factors that influence the positive perception of the state among the international community are determined.
