Formation of the Mechanism of Strategic Management of Integrated Structure of Business Based on the Use of Balanced Scorecard

The sequence of the creation managerial system by knowledge is presented. Main elements oriented on balanced score card concept managerial systems are determined. The contradictions to organizations of knowledge management are considered.
