FORMATION SERVICE AREA OF THE TRANSCEIVER STATION DEPENDING ON THE VARYING INPUT LOAD

Abstract
The method of managing energy saving in maintaining a subscriber load by a group of service nodes of access to the network, to provide a service process at a given level of quality in the conditions of multi-channel service is proposed in this paper. It takes into account the topology of the location of access nodes, and allows redistributing the load between the access stations to the heterogeneous telecommunication environment, from taking into account enduser service quality and total energy system maintenance costs.
