Main characteristics of organizational-economic mechanism of corporate social responsibility management were described. The author emphasized advantages and challengers of social responsibility management on national level. General basis and composition of organizational-economic mechanism of corporate social responsibility management were grounded. System of implementation actions for particular elements corporate social responsibility was treated. Detailed process description of practical implementation of organizational-economic mechanism of corporate social responsibility was given
