Forming Students' Organizational Culture by Developing the Leaning to Learn Competence

Abstract
The article draws attention to the issue of homework as a main factor in students’ demotivation for learning. The author explores the main policy documents referring to the modeling of students’ personalities, where one of the aspects of such modeling is named as the competence of learning to learn. Independent activities provide the most fertile ground for the development of this competence. But do the teachers organize them properly?
