FORMING THE MODERN INNOVATION INFRASTRUCTURE FOR STARTUP DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the issues of the formation of effective innovative infrastructures, with the help of which the venture capital market and the ecosystem of startups should develop in Ukraine. Changes in the venture capital market since the financial crisis of 2008 have also been investigated. The main sources of venture financing were considered. The main motives of investing in private capital were shown. There is a hypothesis about the necessity of creating a platform for crowdfunding incubation in Ukraine.
