Формирование системы государственного финансового обеспечения управления многоквартирными домами

Abstract
В статье рассмотрена проблема финансового обеспечения управления многоквартирными домами в части проведения капитального ремонта. Проведен аналитический обзор текущего состояния жилищного фонда, действующих механизмов и предлагаемых моделей финансирования капитального ремонта. Обозначена необходимость осуществления комплексного капитального ремонта на основе научно обоснованного подхода к обеспечению целевых отчислений на капитальный ремонт в зависимости от состояния объекта недвижимости в рамках ремонтного цикла.
